The company was founded in 1950 by the late Usi Rosenberg, a professional metal spinner and die caster, whose values of uncompromising quality, creativity and technological excellence are still our guidelines today.
The company is currently run by Mr. Rosenberg’s son, Mr. Ami Rosenberg, a trained machine engineer and metallurgist. Mr. Rosenberg Jr. and his own children keep up the family tradition.
Over the years, and with our clients’ cooperation, we have developed and manufactured thousands of precise metal products for different industries both in Israel and abroad.
Thanks to uncompromising standards, our creative thinking and our highly skilled teams, the little workshop turned into an internationally esteemed metalworking company, with close to 30,000sq.ft. of sophisticated, cutting-edge factories.

Purchasing the first hand spinning machine and founding the company by Mr. Usi Rosenberg.
1964
The machine is taking the place of manual labor. The first spinning process is performed by a hydraulic piston.
1982
The arrival in Israel of the first spinning machine, a CNC controlled PNC350.
1999
The arrival of a 250-ton eccentric press.
2006
The first heat produced component, raw material: Molybdenum.
2009
The first Inconel press, performed
